We accept returns within 30 days from your original purchase date ONLY and your materials must be unopened and still in their original box, carton or bundle. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 10-25%, varying depending on the manufacturer and/or vendor the materials originally came from. If you do have extra material remaining, we recommend you keep for later maintenance or repairs just in case your flooring gets discontinued. However, if you need to make a return simply contact one of our Flooring.org representatives and they will get the consent to arrange the return.
