Description
Use the Plain Square Bar Iron Baluster with other models in the Twist & Basket Series or the Versatile Series, or any other 1/2″ Square balusters we offer.
This metal baluster is simply a straight, square shaped bar that is very useful as a complement to more ornate models, like the Single Basket or Double Basket models, or the Single Knuckle and Double Knuckle iron balusters.
This is a 1/2 Inch square shaped spindle that measures 44″ long and features a round pin-top at the top of the baluster, eliminating the need for shoes at the top, where the baluster meets the handrail.
We offer the Plain Square bar metal baluster in a dozen different colors, and in both Solid and Hollow construction. Just choose the color and construction type that you prefer from the menu below.

You will need Angled baluster shoes wherever your iron balusters are being inserted into a handrail or a knee wall that is running at an angle. These angled iron baluster shoes are required to hide the reveal that is left where the square iron balusters are inserted into a round hole at the bottom. Each of these shoes is equipped with a small set screw that enables you to easily secure the shoe in place after installing your balusters.
