6″ #2 Common Unfinished Solid White Oak Flooring
$2.79 sq. ft.
Description
This 6 Inch Solid White Oak Flooring is #2 Common Grade, meaning that more “open” characters are present in this grade, such as knots and worm-holes that require filling before you apply your desired finish. Also expect more of the shorter boards in this grade compared to the higher grades. Lengths are random, and generally in the 10″ to 48″ range, however longer boards may be included.
#2 Common White Oak flooring displays a very prominent grain pattern and vibrant color variation, including a significant amount of lighter colored sapwood, and darker colored mineral streaks. While this grade has plenty of natural character, it still maintains structural integrity, so a waste factor of only 10% is sufficient to account for both cutting waste and defects.
The #2 Common grade is perfect for rustic homes and country style homes.
This unfinished solid white oak flooring features Tongue and Groove Milling on both sides and both ends, and each plank measures 3/4 Inch Thick and 6 Inches Wide.
This solid white oak flooring is unfinished, so you have the opportunity to stain the hardwood any color you like before you apply your finish coats.
