3 1/4″ #1 Common Unfinished Solid White Oak Flooring

Description
This is our unfinished solid white oak flooring in the #1 Common Grade. What you can expect in this grade is the occasional small knot, and more sap wood (the lighter colored wood) which means you will have more overall color variation in #1 Common white oak than you would expect to see in a Select grade.
This is 3/4″ thick solid hardwood, so you can expect this hardwood to last literally a lifetime in proper conditions. These floors feature tongue and groove milling all the way around, on both sides and both ends of every plank. This ensures that the planks fit securely together, and makes installation easier because you can use a pneumatic flooring stapler that is designed for 3/4 inch thick tongue and groove flooring.
Each of these white oak flooring planks measures 3 1/4″ wide, 3/4″ thick and varies in length from 1 foot to 7 feet long, like all traditional solid hardwood flooring.
This white oak flooring is unfinished, so sanding and finishing is required after you install these floors on your job-site. You can choose to finish the floor with just a clear sealer, like an oil-based polyurethane or a waterborne finish, or you can stain the floor a custom color before finishing. White Oak takes stain rather easily, and is a very popular choice among homeowners that want to stain the hardwood a custom color.
