Tarkett Journeys Environmental Friendly Structure

Floor Score is "certified for assurance of low-emitting materials and indoor air quality"( www.tarkettna.com). Volatile Organic Compounds are emitted materials from products such as laminate flooring that can cause health problems such as allergies or asthma. Tarkett Journeys laminate is sealed with the Floor Score approval which means that is has met the criteria required by the California Section 01350 standard.


True Touch and Americore


In all of Tarkett laminates collection is the True Touch feature that enhances the design and performance of Tarkett laminate. Tarkett Journeys has a registered-embossing that depicts the natural patterns in the wood for a three-dimensional wood grain look and feel.


Laminate flooring's core is most usually made from a soft core which does not often allow for the best durability. Americore is a feature from Tarkett Journeys which has a 100% hardwood core board. This allows for superior indentation resistance.

Tarkett Journeys is made with a design layer that enhances the beauty of natural wood grain. It also comes with a moisture-resistant balance layer to keep planks level for added stability.


The dimensions of Tarkett Journeys are 47 5/8" x 3 3/4" x 3/8" with micro-beveled edges for a wood-like plank look.
